Before you call

We're based in Lynn and work in nearby North Shore towns like Swampscott, Saugus, Revere, Peabody and Salem. If you're not sure we cover your spot, call and ask.

Yes. Most people want their car at the shop they already trust. Give us the shop's name and address, and call them first so they know it's coming.

Your exact location (street, cross street or highway exit), the year, make and model, what happened, whether the car is in a safe spot, and where you want it to go.

Tell us when you call. Garages have height limits and some spots are tight, so details like the level, the clearance sign and what's parked around the car help us plan. In some cases the car needs to be rolled out to an open area first.

It helps a lot if you or someone you trust is there, so we can confirm the car and get the key. If that's not possible, call and we'll talk through options.

It depends on the distance, the vehicle and the situation. Call us with the details and we'll give you a quote before we head out.

If police at the scene requested a tow, that tow company handles the first move. Once the car is released, you can call us to move it to your mechanic or home.

Yes. They can call (833) 630-3011 with the car's location and your number. Someone should be at the car with the key, or able to meet us.

Yes, if you're the owner of the car. Tell us the complex or lot name, the space or building number and any gate code.

Usually, yes. Tell us if the tires are flat, the brakes are seized or it's blocked in, so we come prepared.

Car won't move? We will.

One call to (833) 630-3011.
