Stuck right now? One call and we're on the way.

Donut spares are for short, slow drives
We put on your spare, full size or donut, and check its pressure, because a spare that sat flat for years doesn't help anyone.
A donut is a temporary fix to get you to a tire shop. Drive gently and get the real tire replaced soon. If the spare is also flat or missing, we tow the car to a tire shop instead.
Stuck on the side of the road? Stay safe first.
- Turn your hazard lights on right away.
- If the car still rolls, get it off the travel lane and onto the shoulder or into a lot.
- Stay away from traffic. Stand behind the guardrail when there is one, never between your car and the road.
- Keep your phone charged and share your exact spot: street, cross street, exit or mile marker.
Massachusetts' Move Over law asks drivers to slow down and move over for stopped emergency and tow vehicles, but never count on it: stay out of the lane.
What to tell us when you call
- Exact location: street, cross street or exit
- Vehicle year, make and model
- What happened
- Is it in a safe spot?
- Where you want it towed
Tire Change questions
Check the glove box and the trunk tool tray first. If it's really gone, tell us on the call. Without the key the safest option is usually a tow to a tire shop.
We change it to your spare. A tire shop can tell you whether the flat can be repaired.
Check the sticker on the spare or your owner's manual. Most say to keep it short and slow, often around 50 mph, and to replace it as soon as you can.
Tell us the make and model when you call and we'll let you know.
